Vocabulary That Works app for iPhone and iPad

Vocabulary That Works is an app that allows personalized, relevant vocabulary lists to be created. It comes already loaded with various vocabulary lists that are ideal for Preschoolers (animals, shapes, colors). Unlike other vocabulary apps, however, it also allows new, personalized vocabulary lists to be created.

Speech Language Pathologists and teachers can improve the vocabulary power of their students by creating and using personalized, relevant vocabulary. Images can be imported into the app directly from the device camera roll and vocabulary text and audio may be added. The (optional) student module allows student details to be entered and allows scores and progress to be tracked and emailed.

Parents can use Vocabulary That Works to create personalized, relevant vocabulary for their children based on their specific needs and interests.

Vocabulary That Works can also be used to learn foreign language vocabulary, to teach reading skills (using the audio playback of entered vocabulary), etc.
